Membership Qualifications

It is our intent to increase the value of each member’s participation in our meetings by bringing together only those who have the experience required to actively participate and contribute to our peer roundtable forums, offer and exchange ideas on the topics of interest to the chief executive members of the club, and learn from one another.

Chief Executives Only:

The club is limited to CEOs and presidents because the buck-stops-here issues faced by chief executives are unique and different from the issues faced by COOs, CFOs, CIOs, etc.
 

Ideal Candidate:

Our ideal candidate for membership runs a 10 million to 5 billion dollar organization, leads a senior management team, and is responsible for a large workforce.

Exceptions:

In a case where the CEO and or president is not actively running the organization, the COO, Sr. VP, or VP with the buck-stops-here leadership responsibilities for the organization may be approved for membership by the board.

We will also consider retired chief executives, venture capitalists, and very seasoned leadership consultants who have similar experience, are interested in the same issues, and who we believe will actively participate and contribute to our roundtable forums, and offer ideas on the topics of interest to majority of members in the club.
