Membership Dues & Initiation Fee Payment Options:
□ 1 year dues ($2,400) plus new member initiation fee ($1,600) = $4,000
□ 2 years dues ($4,800) plus new member initiation fee ($800) = $5,600
□ 3 years dues ($7,200) plus new member initiation fee ($–0–) = $7,200

Dues cover all the costs of full participation including: speakers, meeting venues, meals, books and shipping, etc. There are no additional costs or fees for participating in the eight monthly meetings and two annual social events.
