Guest Policy

Guest Qualifications

All guests must be a CEO, President, or Executive Director who runs a ten-million to five-billion dollar organization, leads a senior management team and is responsible for a sizable workforce.

Club meetings are limited to qualified chief executives because the buck-stops-here issues discussed in our roundtables are unique to chief executives and different from the issues faced by COOs, CFOs, CIOs, etc.

Purpose of Guest Qualification

The purpose of this policy is to maximize the value of each member’s participation in our meetings by bringing together only those who have the experience required to actively participate and contribute to our roundtable forums, offer and exchange ideas on the topics of interest to the members of the club, and learn from one another.

Limitations

Non-members may attend one to two meeting as a guest to determine if membership is right for them.

Substitutes

Member alternates are limited to COOs and CIOs who report directly to the club member. Alternates must be pre-approved by the board.

Exceptions

1. In a case where the CEO/President is not actively running the organization, the COO, SrVP, VP with the buck-stops-here leadership responsibilities for the organization is deemed qualified to attend.

2. The senior executive of company that is an Official Sponsor or Supplier of the Chief Executives Club may, with the board’s approval, attend meetings.
